A2U is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the position of General Cleaner. Responsible to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our facility, the ideal candidate should take pride in their work, follow safety protocols, and ensure a welcoming, sanitary environment for staff, visitors, and clients.
What you’ll do:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and polish floors
- Dust and wipe down furniture, shelves, windowsills, doors, light fixtures, and other surfaces
- Clean and disinfect high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, handrails, and countertops
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, and replenishing supplies (paper towels, soap, toilet paper)
- Empty rubbish bins, replace liners, and transport waste to designated areas
- Clean interior glass partitions, mirrors, and windows (within reach)
- Spot clean walls, remove stains/spills, and perform minor tidying tasks
- Restock cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when inventory is low
What we’re looking for:
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining consistent cleanliness standards
