Duties include working closely to create and analyse financial reports, ensuring legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable and receivable, and manage invoices and tax payments. The ideal candidate will be familiar and proficient with accounting/bookkeeping software. Ultimately, the Bookkeeper will be responsible for accurately recording all day-to-day financial transactions of our company.

What you’ll do:

• Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
• Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct manner, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
• Complete tax forms Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
• Process accounts receivable/payable
• Handle payroll and salary payments
• Perform other duties as required
